    3. Academic Achievement: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree with a First Class Honours or equivalent, given the highly competitive nature of admissions at Oxford.
    4. English Language Proficiency: Applicants should have a high standard of English to meet the University of Oxford’s higher-level English language proficiency requirements unless English is their first language and they have primarily resided in a majority English-speaking country.
